Physical Description

Feliks is very much the typical "dumb blond". He has long (for a man) blond hair, that comes to his shoulders and he often has to flip over his shoulder. He has very bright blue eyes and always looks cheerful, though he can occasionally act a bit catty, as if he was a girl. In general, he wears very heavy clothes, as he's not used to the very sunny desert, and fainted from heatstroke. He's learned to dress slightly better than that since then, though his often clomplains about feeling hot. He dresses fashionably, though what he thinks is fashionable doesn't rely on the fashions of the day, but rather on his own sense of fashion, which he thinks is vastly superior. He makes all his own clothes, has done since he was seven, and often tries on the clothes he's making to see if they work (paticularily the dresses).

Personality

The first thing one might notice about Feliks is that he tends to talk with a typical American, "valley girl" accent, mixed with his strong Polish accent. This is because he learned English from the daughter of the man whom he worked for when he was younger, and picked up a lot of her speech patterns. He's a very cheerful person, who likes to play around with people's clothes while they're still wearing them. Know him for long enough, (i.e, ten minutes) he'll start modifying the clothes you're wearing, saying that he it would look better if, say, the collar was let out, or the waist was pulled in. He's very loyal to his friends, and it's not difficult to get in to that circle. He's something of a loud mouth, and can say things without realising that it's offensive.

He's intrigued by the steam machines, as he never saw any of the latest technological advances in his poor home in Poland, and now he has the chance, he likes to explore them, though usually, his curiosity means he ends up breaking things. He encorportates this in to the clothes he makes, and has a tendance towards the scandalous. He likes things short (like skirts that show off some of the leg) and lowcut tops, though this is probably due to his upbringing, yet again, as he was raised by prostitutes. Because of this, as well, his attitudes towards sex are far more open than those of current thinking.

History

Feliks was born in the slums of Warsaw, only surviving child of eight, though he was never an unhappy child. He didn't understand the imbalance between what other people had and what he didn't. When he was eight, his parents left to find a better quality of life. Travel was expensive and they were forced to leave Feliks behind, intending to find him again when they had the money. After that, Feliks was taken in by the women of a brothel, and looked after. Eventually, the owner (a well-off American) started him working there. You see, they had found early on that he had a talent for sewing and he was put to work making and mending the clothes for the workers. He had to earn his keep after all, and he was far to loud to pick pockets.

This was his life until about a year previous, when he finally had enough money to go off in search of his parents. It turns out that his parents had found a better life - in the Sahara desert. He flew out on the next blimp, only to find they had died not long after he had found out where they were, an accident with a scorpion apparently (Every morning now he makes extra sure to check his shoes for poisonous creatures). However, even though his parents had never come to get him, he found out that he had not been forgotten. It turns out that he was the sole benefactor of their will, inheriting a small shop with a flat below it, underground. He decided to open a dressmaker, as it's the only thing he knew how to do, (other than the tips he had picked up from the girls, but dressmaker was more respectable). He's very new to the business of owning a shop, but he's got a cheerful can-do atitude, and dressmaking skills, what more can you need, right? So what if he can't add up very well?

Important Information
He doesn't speak English very well. He can speak it, but he'll often forget words or use the wrong one.

Feliks stared around the blimp, it was absolutely massive! And so nice, yes, there were lots of people in his section, but they had cofortable seats and nice toilets and even a shower room! he strolled up to the bar and dug through his pockets, finding a few spare coins and handing them over to the barman. "Like, one vodka please," He said in his most polite voice. He was amongst high society now, after all! He picked up the...actually quite small glass of vodka. Maybe this was how rich people drank? Well, he wasn't abut to sneer, it had been the first time he'd had any for at least a week, and it was certianly nicer than the stuff he was used to. He was enjoying this high life.

Though he was a tad overwhelmed by all the people, so, he stood by the bar, rocking excitenly on his heals and watching what everyone was wearing. It was rather boring compared to the lacy numbers he had made at home, but he supposed posh people wore different fashions.

I love the gif. It's amazing.

There are a few places on your application where your grammar is a little iffy, but you make a wonderful Poland. So long as you watch out for the grammar thing, you're accepted! Please change your name and begin posting.
